effective memory access time closed

Question

A demand paging uses a TLB and a single level page table stored in main memory. The memory access time is 5s. The page fault service time is 25s. If 70% of access is in TLB and of the remaining,  20% is not present in the main memory. The effective memory access time is?

TLB is used for VA to PA translation only and assuming TLB access time as 0

Effective memory access time = 0 + 0.3*5 (for page table access in main memory which won't page fault)

+ 0.7 *() + 0.2 * 5 + 0.1* 25

 

So what should go to () ? That is whether the memory access will be a hit/miss for TLB hit is not given in question.
