We can interpret the above question as find x such that

x22 mod 23 = 2

The above equation has either infinite solution or no solution. In options infinite solution option is not given. So answer will be A) no solution.

Now why we are saying that infinite solution is possible.

suppose above equation is satisfied for x=2 then it will be true for 26*x+2 also this x varies from 0 to infinity. Hence it can have either infinite solution or no solution
