Based on previous history yes. Governments are usually very fast on quotas unlike for anti corruption.

Rank in order for placements with average gate rank?
with Gate AIR around 1200 it is very difficult to predict where one can get admissions but a preference list may be made for good understanding. so Anyone can give rank in order for NIT calicut, NIT Rourkela, BITs Hydrabad, BITs Goa, IIIT Allahabad ? also add any other college in the same league.
