All shirts are T-shirts with buttons

$\Rightarrow$ Shirt = T-Shirt with buttons.

No yellow T-shirt has button

$\Rightarrow$ Yellow T-shirt have no button

$\Rightarrow$ They are not Shirts

$\Rightarrow$ Yellow T-Shirts are T-Shirts not Shirts (because shirts have button)

$\Rightarrow$  No Shirt is Yellow.(because if Yellow then they should have Button)

So the $3^{rd}$ Statement is Correct.

$\therefore$ Option A is Correct.
