  1. Contraries :- Statements that are opposite in meaning. They both can be false at same time but can't be true togather.
  2. Contradictories :- Statements that are opposite in meaning. In this one statement is true if and only if the other is false.
  3. Subaltern :- Asserting only a part of what is asserted in a related statement..
  4. Superaltern :- A statement from wich we can assert a subaltern.

$\therefore$ Option $B.$ is correct.
