pls explain how u got offset 10 bits and interpreted the address...??

here page size if 1000 words so its log2(1000) i.e. 10( can page size be taken not as a power of 2. wont it effect addressing ??

After this the virtual address is interpreted as page number , followed by page offset

so if I consider 10 bits as offset then 101 are the 3 bits considered for the page ....what are the remaining 3 bits (are they like tag bits)??
