$a,b,c$ are in AP so $b-a= c-b$

$2b=c+a$....(i)

Given $ax+by+c=0$

$c= -ax-by$.....(ii)

From (i) and (ii)

$2b-a=-ax-by$

$x=1, y=-2$

Hence option A) is correct
