Option-A is ruled out because it is not register. Registers are more faster than cache memory.
 

Option-B is ruled out because cache is fastest memory after register so it is  not slow memory

Option C is ruled out because   RAM is volatile memory, example of nonvolatile is ROM

Option-D is most appropriate answer
