Answer = A, B and C (All these 3 options are correct)

Switching elements (Switches) are used to forward packets. So every network uses it. So it makes Option A False.

A repeater does not forward bits from one network to another. Forwarding bits from one network to another is the work of a Router. Repeater only regenerates signal. So it makes Option B False too.

IP layer offers connection-less services. So Option C is False too.
