Option D as per Shannon formula which state that the capacity of a channel with B.W = B and Signal to Noise ratio is S/ N, then Capacity C= B Log ( 1+S/N) ,the base of logarithm is 2.

Here putting the value B= 6 KHz, S/ N=16 we get Capacity is approx ..24.78 Kbps.
