A. Prevented is followed by "from" and not "to". Correct form should be "She was prevented from coming".
B. Ravi "met with" misfortune. "meet with" means experience.
C. "came/go" for is used to specify a leisure activity. So, we came for a walk is correct
D. This is correct. "go" with ing form of the verb needs no preposition.
