For a JK flipflop, when $J = 1, K = 1,$ output toggles.

When $J = 0, K = 1, Q = 0, \overline{Q} = 1.$

Since initially $Q = 1, \overline{Q} = 0,J = 0 $ and after first clock $Q = 0, \overline{Q} = 1.$

After second clock, $J = 1, Q = 1.$

And this sequence repeats.

So, correct answer D.
