how it is equivalent???pls give your solve.I am clearly seeing that it is not even reflexive. x<=4,y<=4 ..

and x+y<=5

for refelxive xRx

ie,let take x=3 it is <=4

and xRx ie, x+x = 6 which is not less than 5
