Mode is the most frequently occurring number which here is $1 \implies b = 1.$

Mean is the average $\implies a = \frac{1+1+23+43+2+14+7}{7}=13$

Median is the middle element in the sorted order.

$a+2b+3c = 13+2+21=36$
