Option (D) is correct answer.

Number of females in Civil department = 220*.35 = 77

Number of females in Electrical department= 360*.65= 234

Total females in both department = 77+ 234= 311

Number of males in Civil department = 220*.65= 143

Number of males in Electrical department = 360*.35=126

Total number of males in both department = 143+126 = 269

Ratio = 311 :269
