this simply means {R --->(C<---->E)} option B 

it can be expanded as (R-->(C-->E ∧ E-->C))

(¬R∨(¬C∨E)∧(¬E∨C))

=(¬R∨¬E∨C)∧(¬R∨¬C∨E)  option D 

Hence ans is option D)   (B) and (D)only
