Given: Total number of students=$800$

Total number of student in basketball=$800*(19\%)  =\frac{800*19}{100}=152$

So total number of student who plays basketball=$152$

It’s given that number of the girl who plays basketball=$69$

So number o boy who plays basketball=$152-69=83$

Difference between boys & girls=$83-69=14$

Option $D$ is correct.
