  2. $\textit{Bel}(A)+\textit{Bel}(\neg A) \geq 1$
  3. $\textit{Bel}(A)+\textit{Bel}(\neg A) = 1$
  4. $\textit{Bel}(A)+\textit{Bel}(\neg A) =0$

Where $\textit{Bel}(A)$ denotes Belief of event $A$.

Option C is the answer.

Sum of Belief of event A and Belief of negation of event A should be 1.
