Option 1- 25

Total Clusters- 8

Regions per Cluster – 9

Routers per region -10

Routing table will have list of routers in its own region and Region and cluster entries for other

10 Entries for own region including self + 8 entries for other regions + 7 entries for other clusters. = 25
