Should we read standard books for MSQ questions in GATE CS  2022 ?

Resources are many and you don't have to conflicts between them.

If NPTEL videos provided you that sufficient knowledge that you're able to solve GATE questions easily then don't read books.

Book actually helps you to have more detailed and rigid knowledge , but if your goal is exam specific , don't read them if you don't wish or don't have time.

But that is for sure book reading will make your concepts more sharper and if will boost your thinking ability....

Purpose of books is to teach you basics and core concepts of your subject therefore you can go with books. But beware that syllabus and pattern changed a bit in GATE .

So difference will come while you practice the sample questions.

These notes are well written along with tips and tricks.

  • So get a set of 2022 books to cover syllabus, handbook of handwritten notes to revise and cover anything left…
