The answer should be B.

Let P ≡ Milkman does not deliver milk, Q ≡ Geyser does not work, R ≡ Akash is late for school, S ≡ Lunch is cooked late.

The statement is

(P ⋁ Q) => (R ⋀ S)

The contrapositive statement equivalent to this statement is

⌐(R ⋀ S) => ⌐(P ⋁ Q)

≡ ⌐R ⋁ ⌐S => ⌐P ⋀ ⌐Q

Now since it is given Lunch is cooked on time hence ⌐S is true which makes the left hand side of the logic to be true. Hence this implies Both Milkman delivers milk and the Geyser works

Thus option B is correct.
