I think answer given by them is stupid. ( If anyone is allowed to seat anywhere, people will buy economy class & will want to seat in First class :P

I think any option apart from first one does not even make sense :P

Option C implies all seats are non-first class. I guess that is a decent answer :) All other options do not even come close.

There are other classes apart from First class, like Economy, Buissness, Second class etc etc.  I think there is difference between seats too !

You haven't traveled in flight ? :)  Yes, while booking tickets there are many categories but inside flight there are usually only 2- Business class (First class) and others. Anyway, suppose there were, still I would go with C option as no other option even come close.

Would not be there fight on where to seat between people ? It happens on train / busses if there are no reservations :P It seems like option C allows anyone to seat anywhere :P ( i need to read this 5-6 times, seems like my engilsh is not best !)

No you are correct. "Fight" is an issue. A more apt answer would be to allow entry as per some special order. But out of the given options "fighting" is the best one :)
