According to the given information, each vowel word is replaced by a second latter following it $(+2)$ latter from the vowel.

in the same way, each consonant word is replaced by a third latter following it $(+3)$ latter from the consonant.

Vowel word:

  • $O\xrightarrow{+2}Q$
  • $I\xrightarrow{+2}K$
  • $U\xrightarrow{+2}W$
  • $E\xrightarrow{+2}G$

Consonant word:

  • $B\xrightarrow{+3}E$
  • $L\xrightarrow{+3}O$
  • $Q\xrightarrow{+3}T$

So Correct change of the word “OBLIQUE” is “QEOKTWG

Option (C) is correct.
