Hello sir, If I subscribe to GO Combined Test series. Can I also get the access of all the test of ISRO,TIFR, UGC-Net, etc. ?

Yes. If you take any one test series or combined, you get verified access (tick mark in your profile) and this also gives you ad-free access to GO site as well as any previous year exams here. All previous year admission exams like GATE, TIFR etc are free to all without verification.
