Mtech RA admissions IIT Hyderabad - Results will be communicated over mail or on COAP?

I have given both rounds of interviews at IIT Hyderabad for Mtech RA in CSE. So my question is whether the shortlisted candidated will get mail or the results are published on COAP.

Mtech admissions IIT BOMBAY - direct offers to be scheduled as per COAP or otherwise
IIT BOMBAY will declare direct offers on 17th april and requires fee submission by 23rd april however COAP has given offer dates from 24th May. Since all IITs are participating in COAP , why has IIT BOMBAY given a different schedule ?
