if the function f(x,y,z)  =z[xy’z+xyz’] is implemented using only NOT and OR gates, then the minimum no of gate required?

i got 7  my approach is  multiply z first term will be zxy’ and 2nd term 0

then using d’morgan law i got 7

but answer is wrong why?
