0 votes 0 votes D is Correct, Because, IP1 is Class- B IP address. in class-B NID-16 bit and HID- 16 bit 184.68.0.0 HID part’s all bits 0’s. so,IP1 is Network ID. Network Id Can not be use as a SIP.
