L(x)=f(a)+f '(a)(x-a) at x=a

=f(2)+f '(2)(x-2)

f(x)=e^-2

f ' (x)= -e^-2

put values

e^-2 -e^-2(x-2)

e^-2[1-x+2]

e^-2[3-x]
