Assuming we are accessing 1B of data from the memory for that we need 45ns for accessing it and 5ns is the settling time. Total time taken for 1B of data = 50ns Bandwidth = $\frac{1}{50*10^{-9}}Hz = \frac{1000}{50}MHz = 20MHz$ 0 votes 0 votes Jeetmoni saikia commented Dec 10, 2022 reply Follow Share From where 10^9 came 0 votes 0 votes Shoto commented Dec 10, 2022 reply Follow Share Sorry that was $10^{-9}$ $1ns = 10^{-9}sec$ 0 votes 0 votes Jeetmoni saikia commented Dec 10, 2022 reply Follow Share What's the formula for bandwidth?
