In the following sentence certain parts are underlined and marked P, Q, and R. One of the parts may contain certain error or may not be acceptable in standard written communication. Select the part containing an error. Choose D as your answer if there is no error.

The student corrected $\underbrace{\underline{\text{all the errors}}}_{P}$ that $\underbrace{\underline{\text{the instructor marked}}}_{Q}$ on $\underbrace{\underline{\text{the answer book}}}_{R}$.

@Prateek kumar sir . @Arjun sir  doesn't his change the meaning here ??
Consider below sentence
"During the assembly, students performed all the exercises the PT teacher demonstrated on stage "

According to this solution i should change demonstrated to had demonstrated which conveys a different meaning
