as here initial window size = $4$ $MSS$  and Threshold = $36$ $MSS$

so, the growth is like → $4$  $8$  $16$   $32$  now we can’t increase it more as Threshold reached.

Thus , after $4$ transmissions window size reached the threshold limit.
