From the above diagram:

  • The number of pregnant women who received medical care from doctor= $0.6*0.9*100=54$
  • The number of pregnant women who  received medical care, not from a doctor (other health care providers )=$0.4*0.9*100=36$

Option (A) is correct.

Let pregnant women count be x

90% of x received medical care at least once

60% of 90% of x = 54 % of x,  received medical care from doctors
