i got 48 marks in gate cse 2023 general category can i get bits hyderabad through gate

I have got gate score: 450 in cs gate 2023, my category is OBC. Can I apply for any 3rd Gen IIT's or NIT's or IIIT's. I want to do specialization in AI or Data Science. What are my choices. Where can I secure a seat with my score
