Remember price will be in top of the cross, quantity will be in bottom of the cross and the final average in the middle.

Therefore $,(x-10) / 2=6 / 3$

$\begin{aligned}
& \Rightarrow 3 x-30=12 \\
& \Rightarrow x=42 / 3=14
\end{aligned}$

Hence, the answer is $\text{“Rs 14 kg”}$.

Choice B is the correct answer.
