Tuple Relation Calculus

Question

While learning Tuple Relational Calculus I found there is a substantial need to learn Logic (Discrete mathematics). But I have a loose hold over the topic, and I don't want to break the continuity to learn DBMS, so what are the topics that I must learn in DM (for the time being) to continue learning Tuple Relation Calculus?

TRC uses mostly First order logic(only basics). But before learning FOL you should learn propositional logic.
Study Logic in DM and you are good to go.
Also your order of subjects seems messed up, should have started from Discrete Mathematic.

Propositional Logic is needed.

It is easy to understand too.  Just do some practice question to get Proposition concepts.
