Bits Pilani Vs Bits Hyderabad for ME CSE

I got admission in hyd, shall I wait for pilani or freeze this option? My main concern is placement and infrastructure, so could you tell me which one would be a better option.

And if there is any difference between the two campuses, is it really much?

I just got Selected in bits goa 2018 hd programme in 4th iteration(sad..i know :p) and i have no clue whatsoever about what else i have to do now other than ofcourse paying the fee online.
