Project planning is a very tedious task . If we plan for the complete development process , then especially for the big and risky projects , it is very tough to plan completely
Hence , we prefer to make plans as the number of stages pass and are successively completed.
As the new stage arrives , we make a seperate plan for it. This technique is called sliding window planning and the project is planned more accurately in successive development stages.
