STRIPS, which stands for "STanford Research Institute Problem Solver," was the planner used in Shakey, one of the first robots built using AI technology.STRIPS was devised by SRI in the early 70s to control a robot called Shakey.

Shakeys task was to negotiate a series of rooms, move boxes, and grab objects. The STRIPS language was used to derive plans that would control Shakeys movements so that he could achieve his goals. 
So Strips is Not related to Only NLP(Natural language processing) and it is related to all others.
