Every binary relation(a relation with only 2 attributes) is always in BCNF.

because If both attributes form the primary key, the relation is in BCNF. If one of the attributes is a primary key, the other must be determined by it and thus the relation is in BCNF.

Hence,Option(A)Every binary relation is never be in BCNF.

Option B will be absolutely right.

Bcz every relation in BCNF will must be in 3NF ,2NF,1NF
