First of all you can not decide in advance that it is a wrong question unless and until it is a theoretical question where u know the relevant theory and hence come to conclusion within a short span of time.
Secondly the idea and intuition that the question is wrong or incomplete or ambiguous (may have more 2 option correct) comes through strong foundation of the concepts as well as exhaustive practice only.
So it is not that u see a question and say that it is incorrect.U have to solve properly before coming to a valid conlusion.Remember when such questions exist obviously all will try to attempt but the ability to conclude that it is a wrong question varies from person to person all which depends on decision making capability of a student and how much practice of questions one has done throughout the year.
Remember as a rule of thumb.Don't be in love with a particular question.Barring a few questions , on an average a question takes 2 - 2.5 minutes to solve. So if u are taking more than 4-5 minutes then leave that question and come to that later.
