How to create Nice Video Lectures .? Tools and Softwares Used

Hi , everyone out here . 

I have seen many people creating videos on some topics and posting in YouTube  . For Example

  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsNQuCa_-PU

I also would like to do the same . Could any of you tell me what software they have used to shoot these videos. I also need a TEXT to SPEECH converter because my English acent is not that good for World Wide Release . SO I do prefer Jack or Julie to speak for me in the videos .
