The question asked for minimum frame size,
we need to convert that frame size in Bytes, 480 bytes is the minimum frame size which equivalent to 3840 bits.

yes it is correct but need to convert to Bytes as we always represent frame size in Bytes.

Yes, if nothing is mention then convert the answer into Bytes in exam.
just search the google "Frame size in ethernet" you will get an answer 1518 bytes(maximum ).
