why you consider words..access time for each level is given...if they mention access time for each word then you have to consider words and before that you need block size because from lower level to higher level, blocks are transfered

In this case you only need to calculate avg. access time  which comes 0.475 msec

and this ques is bad it say access time in percentage ...but percentage of what??
access time is 0.475 msec ..so access time is 47.5% what logic is this?
