20 tuples...

because r1 is left outer join with r2.... it means that all the tuples of r1 sould be present while joining the table r1 and r2

also due to tuples in r1....there will be some extra tuples which will have null values in r2(next 10 tuples of r2 will be null).

Maximum is 20 and minimum is also 20.

If there is no match, So 20 Unmatched rows from R is returned.

If 10 rows are matched , 10 matched rows and 10 unmatched rows will be returned.
