The answer is given as 1060 since they have multiplied '5' by the scaling factor 4. Why to do it in this case? Its given 5B!!

Minimum Header size of TCP or IP is: 20 Bytes

We must multiply with scaling factor i,e. 4. bcz we can't have a header with only 5 Bytes.
