bandwidth allotted to each computer = 10*10^6/200
                                                                   = 50000 bps
each computer transfer 50000 bit in 1 second.
no of packet = 50000/800
                       = 62

why not calculate the utilization here? after calculating the utilization and multiplying it with bandwidth am getting 42.5 packets per node .. is this incorrect ?
