Suppose $N$ users are transmitting their own data continuously at a rate of $1$ Mbps over a $2$ Mbps capacity link by sharing it. Each user transmits only for $30\text{%}$ of the time. If the $N$ is $4$, find the probability that at any given time, all the users are transmitting simultaneously?

Probability that a given user is transmitting = 0.3
Probability that all 4 users are transmitting simultaneously4c4 p(1 - p)4-4= (0.3)4 = 0.0081
