if there is just one seat left and there are multiple applicants with same gate score then how is priority decided where admission is based on purely score bases (no written test/interview) ?

Rank in order for placements with average gate rank?
with Gate AIR around 1200 it is very difficult to predict where one can get admissions but a preference list may be made for good understanding. so Anyone can give rank in order for NIT calicut, NIT Rourkela, BITs Hydrabad, BITs Goa, IIIT Allahabad ? also add any other college in the same league.

Does Computer science all specialization courses i.e computer science, information security, software engineering at MNIT ALLAHABAD are treated equally at the time of placement ? Or computer science given more priority over IS and SE.?

My gate score is 50/100 but cgpa is just 6 in btech. I am from open category so am i eligible for nit or iit admissions with low cgpa less than required i.e 6.5. Because most nit require 6.5 cgpa. Please guide me through this

What after gate for low score ?
I dropped an year and fully prepared for gate , I left job at a service based company and prepared for 6 months. Now I got only 37 marks in gate because I couldn't handle pressure in exam. I am currently jobless. Instead of hunting for a ... a software developer at a product company and then 6 at a service company. I am 2016 passout and this was my first attempt.
