Boundary condition of the software B. Control structure of the software C. Testing of User Interface only D. Cyclomatic Complexity Q 3) A minimal super key (i.e, one of the super keys for which no proper subset is a super key) is called : A. Super Key B. Candidate Key C. Primary Key D. Both Candidate and Primary Key Q 4) In the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, the model defines the A. Data-access layer B. Presentation layer C. Business-logic layer D. Interface layer shubham shende commented Nov 25, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share 2) A is also an answer 4) we can call Model as Business logic layer or Data access layer 1) no option is correct i think Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 25, 2020 Like 2 reply Follow Share Q1. Ambiguous question. Q2. Option A is also correct. Black box testing involves boundary value analysis also. Q3. B) Candidate Key should be right answer. Q4. C) Business Logic layer shuld be correct answer. Others, those who have attempted please share your views on these questions so that we can have a coherent reason if we go for challenging these answers/questions. Lakshman Bhaiya commented Nov 25, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Anyone have a set 'A' question paper, for both the posts, then please share with me? VIDYADHAR SHELKE 1 commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share are you going to challenge these question or any other BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share i think everybody should challenge the answer key.don't rely on any other. BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share same doubt Shivateja MST commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share How should we challenge questions for which any valid printed docs are not available? Can it be handwritten ? BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share handwritten is not authentic for definition part but for mathematical part it will be valid. Shivateja MST commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share I feel following to be wrong(or ambiguous) In SCB paper, 1.question regarding Binary operator i feel no option matches so answer should be none of these 2.question regarding height of binary search tree can have height either 5 or 6 depending on consideration of height IN STA paper, 1.apti question regarding basketball and football, answer will be around 11.76% which do not match with any so answer should be none of these. 2.question regarding ICMP time exceeded error, i feel TTL will not be decremeneted further once TTL found to be 0. 3. question regarding bubble sort also, if we use modified version two passes are enough. BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 26, 2020 Like reply Follow Share you can add one more question in STA i.e SRD stands for "system requirement document" which is not in option. himanshu19 commented Nov 26, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share Also on this Question I have doubt.. Q. Five person A,B,C,D,E are sitting in a row. Who is sitting in the middle. Ans should be ... only 2 and 3, as these 2 statements are enough to get the answer, but answer given is All 1, 2 and 3 Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Yes these two also should be added. And in STA there is a cache question for which answer will be either 2.9 or 3.08 but given options are 2.8,5.5.0.7ns and none of the options. So none of the options should be correct Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Shiva , if you could challenge the cache question please do so...I have not attempted it because the question felt ambiguous, but I feel the answer should be D (None of these) Black box testing question, Question on MVC model , question on candidate key ( minimal super key) be challenged. I have challenged 3 questions: question in general aptitude ( football and basketball ), MVC, and bubble sort question. If some one can challenge the question on cache, candidate key and black box testing that would be great. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Bubble sort is answer kya hoga Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Abhisheksawarn608 yes even i thought those you mentioned. what sort of proof did you provide for football and bubble sort question. I think for bubble sort question, 2 passes are enough but they gave answer as 3 passes. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Bro my doubt is....The array will get sorted in 1 pass itself right ...as in the question they have said How many passes will be done to sort the array? Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Yes bro it will get sorted in 1 pass itself but in the second pass the algorithm will check all the elements and understands that no interchanges happened which means array was already sorted and then it breaks the associated for loop. So 2 passes are needed. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share I agree....but then it comes down to how we interpret the question.....for eg Q given... How many passes will be done to sort the array? Ans can be 1 2 is definitely the answer....but if we think like the passes require to sort the array ...that will be 1... It's just my thought....ultimately its NIC to decide Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share As per our human understanding it is 1 pass but when we implement the algorithm using some language, it is the implementation that decides the result. Okkk lets think in another way. Lets assume the array is 1,2,3,4. As per your explanation, number of passes required to sort array is 0 as it is already sorted. But the code for Bubble sort should scan the entire array for once to understand that it is sorted. So in that case 1 pass is needed to sort array. Similarly for the array given in question also two passes needed to sort the array. I feel it this way. Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Shiva, I solved it on A4 sheet manually and clicked a pic of it. For numerical/calculation based questions this could be done, I guess. If you wish, you could do the same for cache question and aptitude question In the bubble sort, as per the language of the question answer should be 1 but algorithm wise it should be 2. I have challenged it claiming as 1 :-p 🙃 Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @himanshu, @shiva, @basant, @vidyadhar....which questions you guys have challenged ? Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Abhisheksawarn608 even I am thinking to do the same. I am thinking to challenge question I mentioned earlier. Without any worry of losing money we can challenge more questions, as they have specified the money will be returned if the solutions they had given were proven to be wrong. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share I am claiming 1 apti question .....5 person Sitting in a row, answer should be 2 and 3 are sufficient. 1 bubble sort question, as per the language answer is 1 And SRD question, answer should be none of the above Basketball and Football question I am not claiming...as lots of other student are claiming that, and should be none of the above Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @himanshu19 what proof u gave for SRD and haven't you claimed cache question ? BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share i will challenge SRD in technical question .but there is doubt in cache I don't know know how to proof it. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share I have marked 0.7 in cache question so I will not claim that:) Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share For cache question, since they haven't specified type of access, i tried both hierarcial and simultaneous access methods and answers I got are 2.92 ns(with simultaneous) and 3.08 ns(with hierarchial) and none of the given matches with these so none of the options should be correct answer BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share yes ,same problem that's why i didn't attempt it .are you going to challenge it??? Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Yes i am challenging it. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Grade up gave ans 0.7 Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share 0.7 ns under no circumstance would be the correct answer, no matter how we interpret the question. Gradeup has given many wrong answers Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share I feel 0.7 is no where near to possible answers. ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share In bubble sort question, answer will be 2 only. In first iteration, you will get 1,2,3,4 and then you have to perform another iteration. In this iteration, there will be no swap. It is only after you get no swap in one whole iteration you can say that array is sorted ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Shivateja MST, 0.7 was coming if you first access the on-chip cache and then the off-chip cache. ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @himanshu19, by only 2 and 3, two persons can be in middle. You need 1,2 and 3 to be sure who will sit in the middle himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share With 2 and 3, we have to cases ADEBC CBEDA thus E will be in middle ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share I was also stuck in this fro a while. But i suggest you search the meaning of between..."at, into, or across the space separating (two objects or regions)". So there can be more than one people in between E and C. himanshu19 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share As per wikipedia, between means , in the space in the middle of 2 things, people, places etc Thus no other option possible than given above ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share okay Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share @ayush.5 Yes bro getting approximately 0.7 ns but they haven't specified order or cache accesses (on followed by off or viceversa), in general cache questions, they specify caches with numbers like L1,L2 so we access L1 followed by L2 in that case but here no clarity regarding order of access. I think we can challenge it. ayush.5 commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share "___tells a firewall about how to reassemble...." In this question, cant we reassemble data stream using identification number ? Because each divided packet will have the same identification number, So we will know they belong to same packet. Shouldn't B option be also correct? Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Actually option B should be strongest here I don't know why they have mentioned source routing option. Shivateja MST commented Nov 27, 2020 Like reply Follow Share Has anyone challenged ICMP TTL exceeded question in STA? imvvk commented Nov 28, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share in SCB paper Which of the following techniques deals with sorting data stored in computer memory answer should be external sort typical time requirement on queues question answer should be O(n) contest these two questions also Anuragcse15 commented Nov 28, 2020 Like reply Follow Share what should i select in challenge type in black box testing focus on Shivateja MST commented Nov 28, 2020 Like 1 reply Follow Share Blackbox testing mainly focuses on Boundary conditions as per options ( done by Boundary Value Analysis). So Boundary conditions should be correct answer. BASANT KUMAR commented Nov 28, 2020 Like reply Follow Share STA SECTION -A there is two aptitude question. section-B Q 1) SRD stands for A. Or their marks would remain the same?? Abhisheksawarn608 commented Nov 28, 2020 Like reply Follow Share @Basant, What is the issue with Full Adder question. The given asnwer in the key is correct Sum= A (EXOR) B (EXOR) C Carry= AB+BC+AC Thus, 3 AND gates, 2 OR gates, 2 EXOR gates ayush.5 commented Nov 29, 2020 Like reply Follow Share for number of gates in full adder, 2 XOR gates for Sum 3 AND gates and 2 OR gates for carry if you write carry as AB+AC+BC and assume FAN-In of all gates as 2. So acc to this 3,2,2 option was matching. Did you read what i have written. Carry can be written in two ways: 1)C(AxorB)+AB 2)AB+BC+AC Why you are forcing that you will write it in 1st way only. I said if you write it the second way then 3,2,2 was matching. I dont know about what other answers are also possible but If you are saying 3,2,2 is incorrect option then you are wrong.
