Do Institutes allow students who are on study leave from the employer for M.Tech placements? I am currently working with MNC which has higher education policy in which I can avail 2 years of study leave. Is it worth joining IIITB Mtech CS?
I currently work with a pay of 6.5 L, considering that after 2 years it would be approximately 9.5 L? I'm expecting a gate score of 639.31 (according to gateoverflow rank 840-1297) which will get me an admission to IIITB, but I'm having 2nd ... it. P.S. This is my first GATE attempt, score(CSE) is 680 and rank 869. I'm 2012 passout with Btech in ECE and having 4+ experience. Can somebody answer below questions: 1. Old IIT's and top 3 NIT's seems unlikely. Is it wise to go ahead with new ... (Pilani offers only SS specilization for Non CSE branch)? 3. Any old IIT's is possible with this rank? Be it MS or Phd?
